The R3 Accounting Team specializes in the needs and concerns of small private and public companies. This team includes many current/former Officers and Directors of OTC companies who “have been there” facing the same challenges – whether it is Current Information filings, debt financing, or Depository Trust issues. The R3 Team provides audit, tax and advisory services and industry insight to help organizations negotiate risks and perform in the dynamic and challenging environments in which they do business.

R3 Accounting employs a team of dedicated, experienced financial experts who assist clients with bookkeeping services, payroll, tax preparations, regulatory compliance reports and filings, as well as strategic planning alternatives, budgeting, forecasting and modeling.

R3 Accounting provides CFO services for a number of public or private companies, as the Team has extensive experience dealing with SEC and other regulatory matters, such as initial and secondary public offerings, private placements, formulating responses to various SEC inquiries, compliance with SEC reporting requirements (Forms 10-K, 10-Q and 8-K), dealing with banks, private investors and investment bankers in obtaining debt and/or equity financing, and appearing before the IRS representing clients on IRS audits.

The R3 Accounting Team also have decades of experience with mergers and acquisitions, including transactional documentation, back and front office systems implementations for small to medium sized businesses, business consulting with small public and private companies and their executives and various other accounting, finance and tax services.

R3 Accounting is very active in supporting community non-profits and local government organizations in South Florida, and members have served as local government officials, as well as committee members. A significant portion of R3 Accounting’s practice is devoted to helping individuals and families from all walks of life and throughout the generations, no matter the circumstances.
